The pool
The garden is South-West facing so bathed in sunshine all day (most days!).
Lounge
The lounge is accessed from the pool terrace on one side and the kitchen and hallway on the other.
There is a wood burner for use on cooler winter evenings, a TV and new for 2022 a portable Bluetooth Speaker, and wifi router.
Bedrooms
There are four bedrooms.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms. New in 2018 is a second upstairs bedroom which has an en-suite with shower, WC and wash basin. The second bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower, WC, bidet and two wash basins.
Downstairs there are two twin bedrooms which share a bathroom located between them. The bedrooms are at the rear of the villa. The bathroom has a bath with shower above, two wash basins, WC and bidet.
Other areas
The kitchen is spacious and equipped with: coffee machine, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster.
The kitchen door leads to the kitchen terrace.
The kitchen terrace is a quiet al fresco dining area which is bathed in sunshine all morning. A perfect place for breakfast.
Above the pool terrace there is a further first floor terrace with an integrated barbeque. There is also a mobile barbeque unit near the kitchen terrace.
To the left of the villa is the driveway leading to a parking area at the rear. You can comfortably park three cars in this space.

Cleaned twice weekly. • Pool can be attractively lit up at night and is cleaned weekly. • Outdoor shower • Rubbish collected daily • First floor e/s/w terrace with built in BBQ accessed via outdoor stairs or master suite. • Beautiful views. • Outside lights on villa and gate posts. • Security grills to windows and house alarm • Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Cleaning service included in charge, all linen and towels, including pool towels.
