VAT (IVA in Portugal) is included in our rental cost of the villa.

A Portimão Tourist Tax came into force from 14th April 2024, to be paid by all guests, aged 13 years or over, and is applied throughout the year:
  • €1.00 per night and per person up to a maximum value of 7 consecutive nights per stay/person, between November 1st and March 31st - low season.
  • €2.00 per night and per person up to a maximum value of 7 consecutive nights stay/person, between April 1st and October 31st - high season.

The Portuguese tourist tax will need to be paid before arrival at the Villa. Should you require a separate invoice for this please advise. Here is a link to the Portuguese Government’s page for your information: https://visitportimao.com/en/portimao-tourist-tax/

Available dates are coloured green. Saturday arrival and departure for high season bookings of 7 nights.

Steps to make a booking

  • Contact us by
  • If you wish to make a booking we will save the dates you are interested in for 48 hours
  • We will send you an invoice for the deposit, or, for the full value if less than 6 weeks before arrival
  • Six weeks before your arrival date we will send you a final invoice for you to complete the payment
  • Card payments can be made using the Square secure service. Your invoice will have a url link to access this.
  • Bank transfer is also possible - ask Tracy for details.
